Defective Products

All standard product designs, specifications, and manufacturing processes are proprietary to Silijoy. Custom designs created for clients remain the exclusive property of the respective client.
- Clients retain full rights to their custom designs and specifications
- We will not reproduce custom designs for other clients without permission
- Non-disclosure agreements available for sensitive projects
Trademark & Branding
We respect all client trademarks and branding requirements. Silijoy will not use client brands, logos, or proprietary information for marketing purposes without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Silijoy's liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Delays caused by force majeure events
- Damages arising from misuse or modification of products
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law
