B2B Wholesale Only: Our services are exclusively available to businesses, procurement officers, and company owners. Individual consumer purchases are not supported.

Target Markets: We primarily serve customers in North America and Europe with high-quality stainless steel products manufactured in China.

Minimum Orders: All orders must meet our minimum quantity requirements as specified in our product catalogs and quotations.

Product Quality: All products are manufactured to international standards with proper certifications. We guarantee top-quality stainless steel construction.

Custom Branding: Logo customization and color modifications are available. Custom specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Samples: Product samples may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges. Sample costs are typically deducted from bulk orders.

Quotations: All prices are provided via formal quotations and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and required deposit payment.

Price Changes: Prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations or currency exchange rates. Confirmed orders maintain original pricing.

Payment Methods: We accept wire transfers, letters of credit, and other internationally recognized payment methods as agreed upon.

Payment Schedule: Standard terms require 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless alternative arrangements are pre-approved.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise specified in the quotation.

Global Shipping: We provide reliable logistics services worldwide with experienced freight forwarders and shipping partners.

Delivery Terms: Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) will be clearly specified in each quotation and purchase agreement.

Delivery Timeline: Production and shipping timelines are provided with each order confirmation. Delays due to force majeure events are excluded from our responsibility.

Quality Control: All products undergo rigorous quality control processes. We maintain ISO certification and follow international quality standards.

Certifications: Product certifications (FDA, LFGB, etc.) are provided as required. All certificates are genuine and verifiable.

Warranty: We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period specified in individual product agreements.

Customer Designs: Customer-provided logos, designs, and specifications remain the intellectual property of the customer.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs, business information, and trade secrets.

Usage Rights: Customers grant us the right to use their designs solely for manufacturing and fulfilling their orders.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the products delivered. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If necessary, arbitration will be conducted under international commercial arbitration rules.

Terms Updates: These Terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of significant changes affecting existing orders.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by international commercial law and the laws of the People's Republic of China.
