About us
Yiwu Gaoran Trading Company works with overseas B2B clients who need a custom silicone part developed and produced, from our base in Yiwu, Zhejiang province.
Our business is to take a client's requirement — usually a drawing or a STEP file — and turn it into a quoted, tooled, sampled and delivered silicone part, with a long-term partner silicone factory doing the tooling and the production.
Contracts, invoices and payments are handled in the company's name, so a client deals with one counterparty from the first evaluation to the after-sales conversation, instead of managing a factory relationship across a language, a time zone and a different way of quoting.
The partner evaluates each drawing for tooling feasibility — geometry, wall thickness, undercuts, tolerances and material — and that evaluation becomes your quotation, with the terms agreed before any work is placed.
When something has to be checked on a part, it is checked at the factory and reported to you with the finding, not with a general assurance.
Your drawings, your logo and any tool dedicated to your project are used only for your project. For new orders, a customer-paid logo tool is stored free for one year, and a mold the customer paid for is stored free for two years and can be taken back.
Material reports cover specific raw materials, not every finished part. For each project the material, the part, its use and the destination market are checked, and any further testing is quoted and arranged before production.
Responsibility
Being clear about the boundary is more useful to a buyer than a longer list of services.
Evaluating your drawing with the factory, quoting mold cost and unit prices at quantity tiers, communication through the project, the contract and the invoice, payment handling, delivery, and after-sales if something arrives wrong. The commercial relationship is ours, in our own name.
For new orders, a mold paid for by the customer belongs to that customer, and free storage for two years is part of the arrangement. We do not hold finished goods: every part we coordinate is produced after the order is placed, including parts made on an existing factory mold.
Who this suits
We are built for brand owners, product developers, and purchasing or engineering teams who need a silicone part that does not exist off the shelf. Which of the three you are decides what we need first.
You have a 2D or 3D drawing or a STEP file. Send it with the quantity, the target market and any colour or logo requirement, and the evaluation can start straight away: you receive a mold cost and unit prices at each tier, and a tool is paid for only if you accept the quotation.
A mold already suits your part, and what you need is your own colour, logo and packaging. The quotation starts from unit prices and the minimum quantity the mold sets, and a logo that needs its own tool is quoted separately.
Send a sketch, a reference part or a written description. We come back with ranges rather than a firm price and say plainly what is still open; if a drawing has to be produced before quotation, paid design help is arranged separately.
Commitments
A coordinator is only useful if the limits of what it claims are visible.
