What we do
A silicone part made to your drawing: you see the mold cost and the unit price at each quantity tier before the tool is cut, and nothing is paid until you accept the quotation. We carry the quotation, the contract, the payment and the delivery, and the tooling and the production run are done by a long-term partner silicone factory.
New tooling from a drawing: you send a 2D or 3D drawing or a STEP file, the partner factory evaluates it, and you receive a mold cost together with unit prices at each quantity tier.
Customisation from an existing factory mold: where a mold the factory already holds suits your part, it is produced for your order with your colour, logo and packaging.
Who we work with
Most projects arrive in one of these three states, and the next step differs because what is missing differs.
You have the part drawn, so evaluation can start straight away. Send the drawing or STEP file with quantity, target market, colour and logo requirements. You receive a mold cost and unit prices at each tier, and you pay for a tool only if you accept the quotation.
Your product exists and one silicone component has to fit it. Send the mating part or its key dimensions and say what the silicone must do: seal, grip, insulate, cushion. We tell you whether that part needs new tooling or whether an existing factory mold suits it.
You have the product idea but not a finished drawing. Send a sketch, a reference part or a written description. We can come back with ranges and name what is still open; if a drawing has to be produced before quotation, paid design help is arranged separately.
Two paths
The commercial difference is who pays for a tool, and whether a first sample has to be approved before production.
The partner factory evaluates your drawing and builds a tool. You pay 100% of the mold cost. A physical first sample is then molded and shipped, and mass production is a separate order placed only after you confirm that sample in writing, at 30% deposit and 70% balance. For new orders, the customer who pays for the mold owns it, and the factory stores it free for two years.
Where a factory mold suits the part, no new tool has to be built and the quotation starts from unit prices and a minimum quantity that the mold sets. Colour, logo and packaging are your own, and a logo that needs its own tool is quoted separately. Existing molds are not stock: your parts are produced after your order is placed.

The factory that made them is our long-term partner, not a facility we own. Work is coordinated from Yiwu, in Zhejiang, and the same partner evaluates any new drawing before a price is quoted.
